rates are per night based on double or single occupancy. Rates for
certain rooms may vary slightly according to location and accommodations.
All rooms have access to our large porch that overlooks the Atlantic
Ocean and the center of Hampton Beach.
All
rooms have either 2 full size beds, a full and a twin, or a Queen,
ceiling fans, cable color TV,air conditioning and access to ocean
front hotel lobby and porch. All outside doors lock promptly at
1:30 AM.
